The general terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded between the seller and the buyer via the pay.istradogshows.eu online store.
The buyer can be a natural or legal person, taking into account the information provided when placing the order. A buyer who is a natural person and acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside of his professional or gainful activity is subject to the provisions of the law governing consumer protection. In cases where an order is placed via the pay.istradogshows.eu online store by a legal or natural person engaged in a gainful activity, regardless of its legal organizational form, the provisions of the law governing consumer protection apply only in cases where this is specifically stipulated in the said law.
We advise you to thoroughly read the general terms and conditions of business before using the pay.istradogshows.eu online application. The customer is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of purchase (payment of the online order).
When paying for the order, the user is warned of the general terms and conditions of business each time, and by placing the order confirms his familiarity with them.

Payment methods
The online application pay.istradogshows.eu enables the following payment methods:
- payment with Mastercard, Visa payment cards - we use the services of Worldline,
- payment by transfer to the transaction account of the Canis Society.
Purchase process
You start the purchase process by first familiarizing yourself with these general conditions, the rules on the processing of personal data and important information, which also includes the price list of services. After confirming your familiarity with the mentioned rules and conditions, you add the services you want to pay to the basket. Some services (rental of a parking space, tent, sales stand) require prior reservation and approval by the organizer. After approval, you will receive an e-mail from the organizer with confirmation of the reservation and the price of the service, and you will be able to pay for the service. When you have finished entering the desired services, press the PAY button. You enter the information about the payer and choose the payment method. When the Canis Society receives confirmation of your payment from the processing center, or when your transfer appears on the Canis Society's transaction account, the Canis Society will confirm your order and issue an invoice on the day of the service at the latest.

Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the buyer has the right, in accordance with the law governing consumer protection, to notify the seller within 14 days of ordering the service that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision.
In accordance with the above, the buyer of services in the pay.istradogshows.eu online store has the right to notify the seller at the e-mail address info@istradogshows.eu or by phone + 386 40 426 212 that he withdraws from the contract within 14 days of ordering the service, at whereby he does not have to give a reason for his decision.
Withdrawal of an already registered dog is possible until July 1, 2024. In such a case, the organizer refunds 80% of the entry fee. Alternatively, the exhibitor may choose to use 100% of the payment as an entry for one of the organizer's upcoming events. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, the organizer will refund 50% of the entry fee. In the event of a refund request, the exhibitor must provide the organizer with their complete bank details via email no later than six (6) months after the cancellation, so that the organizer can process the refund correctly.

Please notify us in writing of your intended resignation within the deadline, to the contact e-mail address entry@istradogshows.eu .
If the buyer is entitled to a refund, the seller will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. In order to ensure the certainty, accuracy and timeliness of the refund and record of payments, the refund of the payment to the buyer is made by prior agreement by transfer to his transaction account, credit card or and the voucher is sent electronically.
The voucher can only be used in full on the next purchase, namely by notifying the organizer in writing to the address info@istradogshows.eu when registering for the next show .
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the exhibitor loses the right to exhibit the dog, if he has withdrawn from the contract in time and the money has been returned to him, and the reservations are cancelled.
Unless the contracting parties have agreed otherwise, the buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract:
1. when he did not deregister his dogs from the exhibition on time,
2. when it comes to the purchase of services, if the seller fulfills the contract in full.
Warranties and material defect
In accordance with the law governing consumer protection, the buyer can make a claim based on a material defect for each purchased service in the online application pay.istradogshows.eu, insofar as the purchased service has a material defect.
In accordance with the law governing consumer protection, the error is material:
Due to a material defect, the buyer can file a complaint with the seller, namely within 2 months from the discovery of the material defect, or within 2 years, when the service was taken over by the buyer.
The buyer can request at his own choice: the correction of the error, the return of the amount paid in proportion to the error, the re-performance of the service or the return of the amount paid.
When exercising the rights under this title, the buyer must describe the error in more detail in the error notification and allow the seller to examine the performance of the service. If the defect is not disputed, the seller must comply with the buyer's claim as soon as possible, but no later than within 8 days. If there is a dispute about the error, the seller must give the buyer a written answer within 8 days.
The right to re-provision of the service, refund of the purchase price, warranty, material defects and improperly performed services are more precisely regulated by the provisions of the law governing consumer protection.

Limitation of liability
The seller strives to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the seller sometimes fails to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the seller will inform the buyer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract.
Exclusion of liability
In the event of technical problems on the website pay.istradogshows.eu, we reserve the right to cancel the orders placed, which were affected by the technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of further steps.

Complaints and disputes

The Canis Association will respond to all complaints by e-mail or telephone in the shortest possible time and within the framework of legal obligations depending on the type of complaint.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the law governing out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The Canis association, which as a provider of goods and services enables the online application pay.istradogshows.eu, publishes on its website an electronic link to a platform for online out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Final Provisions
These general conditions constitute an indivisible part of the purchase contract. By paying for the order, the buyer fully accepts these general conditions.
Any changes to these general conditions must be in writing.
The legal relationship and disputes between the seller and the buyer are governed by Slovenian laws.
